Role Overview

Lead the digital transformation of MVH Europe FP&A by designing and implementing a scalable, data-driven FP&A ecosystem that improves decision-making, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

This role owns the end-to-end digital FP&A agenda, from strategy and roadmap definition to execution and adoption, serving as a senior bridge between Finance, Data & Analytics, and Operating Unit finance teams.

Focused on finance process and tool digitization, the role drives automation, enhances forecasting capabilities, and ensures successful adoption through training and deployment. Success requires a combination of finance expertise, technical proficiency, and change management experience, enabling Finance to evolve into a strategic, insight-driven business partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define & Lead the Finance Digital Strategy

· Shape and own the FP&A digital roadmap aligned with business and finance strategy

· Identify and prioritize high-value transformation initiatives (forecasting, reporting, planning, automation)

· Drive standardization and scalability of finance processes across countries / Operating Units

2. Own Delivery of Digital Finance Solutions

· Lead the design and implementation of advanced FP&A tools (e.g., planning platforms, dashboards, automation solutions)

· Translate finance requirements into scalable, system-based solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Power BI, data platforms)

· Ensure solutions are robust, user-centric, and aligned with enterprise architecture

3. Drive Advanced Forecasting & Analytics Capabilities

· Elevate forecasting through driver-based models, scenario planning, and predictive analytics

· Collaborate with D&A to embed data models, KPIs, and advanced analytics into finance processes

· Improve accuracy, transparency, and speed of financial planning cycles

4. Lead Automation & Efficiency Agenda

· Identify and deliver automation opportunities across FP&A (reporting, reconciliations, data flows)

· Reduce manual effort and improve data reliability through process re-engineering and digitalization

· Drive continuous improvement mindset across finance teams

5. Act as Senior Interface Between Finance, D&A, and IT

· Serve as the trusted advisor to Finance leadership on digital capabilities and opportunities

· Align priorities and ensure effective collaboration across Finance, Data & Analytics, and IT teams

· Influence enterprise data and systems roadmap to reflect Finance needs

6. Drive Change Management & Adoption

· Lead end-to-end deployment of solutions, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement

· Ensure strong user adoption and capability building across finance teams

· Establish governance and support models to sustain solutions

7. Build Digital Finance Capability

· Upskill finance teams in data-driven decision-making and tool usage

· Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement

· Act as a role model for digital finance excellence

• Languages: Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Qualifications & Experience

• University degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Analytics
  Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Anaplan, Oracle, or equivalent

• 8–12+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Transformation, or Finance Systems, preferably in complex, international environments

• Strong expertise in enterprise planning and analytics platforms (e.g., Anaplan, SAP BPC, or similar), with ability to shape scalable solutions

• Proven track record as a bridge between Finance, Data & Analytics, and Technology, translating business needs into actionable digital solutions

• Experience in product ownership or leading finance system implementations, from design through deployment and optimization

• Confident engaging and influencing senior finance stakeholders and cross-functional leadership, including IT and D&A

• Strong communication and change leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to drive adoption and lead large-scale rollouts across multiple OUs
