Mars family

AniCura is part of Mars Petcare, a family-owned company focused on veterinary care and pet nutrition.

Mars Petcare was founded more than 75 years ago and has long history of working with pet nutrition and veterinary care.

Mars Petcare is a leading veterinary care provider and includes the US-based companies Blue Pearl, VCA Hospitals, Pet Partners and Banfield. In 2018, Mars Petcare entered the European market through the acquisition of AniCura and the UK-based veterinary care company Linnaeus.
