The team
The Global Real Estate & Facilities Management (REFM) team sits within Mars Veterinary Health / Petcare, driving our network strategy, clinic development, and workspace standards across Europe. Reporting to the Director of Network & Investment Strategy, you will join an agile, forward-thinking team of real estate and facilities professionals who work closely with local veterinary practices and leadership. We operate in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where clear communication, pragmatic problem-solving, and cross-border partnership ensure our clinical teams have the facilities they need to deliver exceptional care.
What we’re looking for
2+ years of proven experience in an administrative, project coordination, or executive support role within an international or corporate environment.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving deadlines, agendas, and approval processes simultaneously.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams), with experience managing complex executive schedules and presentations.
Native- level English language proficiency (written and spoken), any additional language is a plus
Outstanding communication skills, able to build trusted working relationships across diverse functions and cultures.
Previous experience handling travel/expense systems, purchase orders/invoices, or exposure to formal project coordination governance principles.
