The team

The Director, Strategic Planning Europe operates as part of the European Strategy team, partnering closely with the Senior Strategy Director Europe and senior leaders across the business to advance our strategic agenda. This role works cross-functionally with Operations, Medical, Finance, and Technology teams to shape strategic priorities and inform enterprise decision-making. You will play a central role in shaping our direction and driving alignment across a complex, multi-site healthcare organization.

What we're looking for

• 8-10+ years of experience in a strategic or analytical leadership role, with a strong understanding of operations.

• Proven ability to structure ambiguous, complex problems and develop data-driven insights and recommendations.

• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.

• Proven ability to influence senior, cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.

• Experience in healthcare services, multi-unit services, or adjacent industries is preferred.
