The team
You'll join the Finance Shared Service Centre within Mars Veterinary Health Europe (MVHE), supporting accounting, reporting and compliance activities across the Netherlands and wider European organisation. Reporting to the Head of Accounting SSC NL&BE, you'll work alongside experienced finance professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The team partners closely with local operations, group finance functions and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance and the delivery of high-quality financial information
What we’re looking for
· Qualified accountant (RA, CPA or Master's degree in Accounting).
· Around 5 years' experience in accounting and financial reporting, ideally within a Shared Service Centre, large matrix organisation and/or Big 4 environment.
· Experience preparing statutory accounts and supporting audits, with knowledge of Dutch entities or compliance considered advantageous.
· Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and advanced Excel capabilities.
· Fluent English language skills; Dutch language skills are desirable. Experience with Oracle ERP, Caseware and Blackline would be beneficial.
