The team
You'll be joining the Finance Operations team within Mars Veterinary Health Europe, supporting our growing network of veterinary clinics across France. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you'll work closely with market finance teams, clinic operations, external auditors and accounting service providers. This is a fast-paced and collaborative environment where accuracy, continuous improvement and stakeholder partnership are highly valued. The team plays a critical role in ensuring compliant and accurate financial reporting while supporting the ongoing growth of the business.
What we’re looking for
· Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
· Minimum 3 years' accounting experience gained within a Shared Service Centre, large matrix organisation and/or audit environment.
· Strong General Ledger accounting experience, including month-end and year-end close activities.
· Experience using Oracle ERP, ideally Oracle Cloud, with advanced Excel skills.
· Fluent French language skills are essential, with English language skills highly desirable. Experience of French and/or US GAAP would be advantageous
