The team
You will join the MVH Europe Business Development Team, reporting directly to the Business Development Senior Manager and working alongside experienced M&A, integration, and strategy professionals.
Operating in a dynamic, high-energy, and fast-paced healthcare environment, our team combines sharp commercial acumen and analytical rigor with a high-touch, relationship-first approach. We operate with high autonomy and cross-border collaboration, partnering closely with country management teams across brands like AniCura and Linnaeus to drive sustainable growth that supports high-quality patient care.
What we’re looking for
6–8+ years of proven success in business development, corporate development, or M&A, including hands-on experience running acquisitions from origination to completion.
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with demonstrated expertise in preparing rigorous investment cases, valuation models, and operational budgets.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the emotional intelligence required to build trust and navigate sensitive partnership discussions with practice owners and executive stakeholders.
University degree (or equivalent professional experience) combined with full professional fluency in English and Polish; fluency in an additional European language is strongly advantageous.
Prior experience in veterinary care, human healthcare, dental chains, or multi-site clinic environments is advantageous but not strictly required.
