You’ll work closely with senior business leaders and colleagues across Real Estate, Construction, Finance, Legal, Operations and other corporate functions, as well as landlords, solicitors, consultants and other external partners. Significant experience in corporate real estate, property portfolio management, commercial asset management or estates management within a multi-site organisation. Ideally 10+ years of relevant experience, with meaningful responsibility across multiple European countries.
Strong property portfolio and asset management expertise, with the ability to develop and implement commercially sound strategies that support growth, investment, optimisation, relocation and disposal decisions.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience evaluating property options, developing business cases and translating financial and operational data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Proven hands-on experience managing complex landlord and tenant matters, including rent reviews, lease renewals, new leases, regears, variations and surrenders, with a track record of managing risk and achieving commercial value.
Experience supporting business acquisitions and growth programmes, including property due diligence, securing appropriate property terms and advising stakeholders on property-related decisions.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills, with the confidence to provide clear advice, present complex information and influence decisions at all levels.
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, navigate complexity and deliver results.
Proven people leadership experience, including managing, coaching and developing a team of professionals. Able to delegate effectively, set priorities and performance expectations, and build capability while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
Experience managing external property consultants and professional fee budgets, with the ability to build internal capability and optimise the use to external advisers over time.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required by the role.
