The team
You'll join the P&O Transformation team, responsible for delivering strategic change across Mars Veterinary Health Europe. Working closely with P&O leaders, Global Process Owners, HRIS specialists, IT teams and country stakeholders, the team is building a consistent, scalable operating model that supports more than 450 veterinary hospitals and clinics across Europe. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative and international, offering the opportunity to influence how people processes and knowledge are designed and delivered for the future.
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) supporting transformation programmes, business process improvement or organisational change, ideally within P&O/HR.
Proven ability to design, document and improve business processes using structured methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and process mapping standards (e.g. BPMN).
Experience establishing knowledge management frameworks, governance models and content lifecycle processes, ideally within ServiceNow or a similar platform.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple countries and functions while balancing global standards with local requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline. Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and change management methodologies would be advantageous.
