The team
As part of the MVHE Finance Operations team, you will join a dynamic and fast-growing finance function supporting veterinary clinics across Germany and Europe. Reporting to the Team Lead AR/AP, you'll collaborate closely with market operations teams, finance colleagues, clinics, external accounting partners and auditors. The team is responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and supporting business growth through efficient and compliant accounting processes. You'll work with a variety of financial systems and gain exposure to both local GAAP and Group reporting requirements in a highly collaborative environment.
What we’re looking for
· Experience in accounting, with at least 3 years' experience in a similar Accounts Receivable or Finance role.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
· Fluency in both German and English is required. Experience using Oracle ERP would be advantageous but is not essential.
· A degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant commercial finance qualification
