Job title: HR Support Officer/ P&O Administrator
Salary: €36,000- : €44,000 (based on 40 hours per week including holiday allowance)
Location: Netherlands (Hybrid)
Contract/Hours: Permanent position, 40 hours per week- would consider 32 hours ( 4 days a week)

The team:
You will join the HR team at AniCura Netherlands, working alongside HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition specialists, and fellow HR Support colleagues. Together, the team provides professional support to veterinary clinics across the country, ensuring employees and managers receive high-quality HR guidance and administrative support.
The team operates in a collaborative and supportive environment with short communication lines, where continuous improvement and knowledge sharing are highly valued. You will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across multiple locations while contributing to the ongoing development of HR processes and systems.
What we're looking for:
MBO+/HBO level education and thinking ability.
At least 1 year of experience in HR administration, HR support, or HR operations.
Experience using Workday is highly desirable.
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with HR reporting and data.
Excellent attention to detail with a structured and organised approach to work.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Fluent Dutch language skills and a good command of English.
