The team
You will be part of the Finance function, working closely with the Real Estate & Facilities Management (REFM) organisation and collaborating with central and local finance teams across Europe. The role reports to the Senior Director – Financial Planning & Analysis, with a strong working relationship with the Senior Finance Manager – CapEx & Cash Management.
The team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality financial insights to support investment decisions and operational performance. You will work alongside specialists in real estate, construction, procurement, and finance, contributing to a diverse and highly skilled network.
This role offers exposure to a wide range of stakeholders including senior leadership and external partners such as landlords, advisors, and auditors, providing a dynamic and commercially focused environment.
What we’re looking for
Experience in financial analysis, ideally within real estate, construction, infrastructure, or a similar environment.
Strong financial modelling skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent.
Knowledge of property finance principles (e.g. NPV, IRR, capitalisation rates, lifecycle costing, depreciation).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial stakeholders.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desirable:
Experience with real estate systems (e.g. MRI, Qube, Re-Leased)
Background in FP&A, portfolio analysis, scenario planning, or project controlling
Understanding of lease structures and real estate financial governance
