About the Role
As a Project Manager, Go-to-Market & Commercial Activation, you will play a central role in delivering our commercial strategy across MVH Europe. You’ll lead the successful launch and implementation of Wellness Plans in key markets, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex projects. Acting as the bridge between central marketing teams and clinical staff, you’ll drive engagement, remove obstacles, and ensure impactful execution.
Experience of working in Veterinary, Healthcare or Dentistry would be beneficial for this project,
Key Responsibilities
Market Deployment
Lead onboarding in key clinics, ensuring successful rollout of commercial tools supporting our Wellness Plans.
Training & Enablement
Train and empower clinical teams to confidently commercialise new offerings, ensuring strong adoption and performance.
Process Optimisation
Identify friction points in the sales and activation journey and implement solutions to improve efficiency and uptake.
Planning & Delivery
Create and manage detailed project plans (PID), tracking scope, timelines, and budget while ensuring high-quality delivery.
Risk & Change Management
Maintain RAIDC logs and lead structured change control processes to manage risks and scope adjustments.
Governance & Reporting
Deliver clear project updates to PMO, leadership, and steering committees. Facilitate meetings and ensure timely documentation of actions.
Project Lifecycle Management
Oversee all phases of projects, from initiation through to transition into Business as Usual (BAU) and formal closure.
Stakeholder & Sponsor Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to project sponsors and stakeholders, providing clear insights, recommendations, and risk analysis to support decision-making.
What is required
You’ll combine structured project management with hands-on delivery, regularly visiting clinics to support implementation and training. Internally, you’ll lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and progress through effective facilitation.
You’ll build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders, providing transparency and clarity so that everyone understands project goals, progress, and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience leading multiple projects simultaneously in a structured environment
Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks and product development lifecycle
PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent project management certification)
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience of working in Veterinary, Healthcare or Dentistry
Desirable
Experience in Go-to-Market, Marketing Activation, or Product Marketing
Experience working in matrix organisations and managing change
Advanced knowledge of change management methodologies
Certified Veterinarian and Nurse with understanding of veterinary practice operations
