Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Corporate Recruitment Partner (FTC) to support Support Office recruitment across Europe during a critical phase of organizational change.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a recruitment specialist who thrives in multi-country, high-volume environments and enjoys partnering closely with leaders. You will directly influence how the future organisation of MVH Europe is built with a strong focus on Finance — from core finance roles to senior leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities:
This role has a strong focus on Support Office recruitment, with particular emphasis on Finance roles across Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from role briefing through offer and hiring.
Deliver recruitment across multiple locations and countries in a high-volume environment.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing guidance on role definition, sourcing strategy, and selection.
Proactively source and engage active and passive candidates using direct search, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring timely feedback and smooth candidate journeys.
Maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
Support offer management in partnership with P&O, including alignment on compensation and start dates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data, pipelines, and documentation in Workday.
Monitor recruitment progress and contribute insights to improve speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition team on cross-functional hiring initiatives and projects.
Ensure recruitment practices align with diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.

Essential Experience:
5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment within large, multi-country organisations.
Strong, demonstrable experience recruiting roles within Support Office environments including Finance.
Proven track record recruiting across Central Europe, managing multiple countries and stakeholders.
Experience handling volume recruitment in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Comfortable operating within an evolving structure, able to create clarity and momentum independently.
Fluent professional English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
