Role Overview:
As Project Portfolio Manager, you will oversee the full portfolio of transformation and strategic initiatives across MVH Europe, spanning both regional and local projects. You will play a central role in ensuring initiatives are aligned with business priorities, delivered rigorously, and generate measurable value.
This role sits at the heart of our strategy execution, acting as a key connector between workstream leads, functional PMOs, and the wider Transformation Office. You will support effective governance, prioritization, resource planning, and benefits realization while enabling consistent delivery standards across the portfolio
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Oversight & Prioritization
Manage and maintain an integrated portfolio of strategic and local transformation initiatives.
Facilitate portfolio prioritization in line with business objectives, capacity, and resource availability.
Track milestones, interdependencies, risks, and benefits realization across the portfolio.
Resource & Capacity Planning
Support project and program leads in making informed resource allocation decisions.
Identify capacity constraints and delivery risks, coordinating mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders.
PMO Tools & Standards
Develop and deploy PMO tools and templates (e.g. project trackers, status reports, risk logs, benefit registers).
Promote consistency and best practices in project documentation, reporting, and execution.
Change & Programme Support
Partner with the relevant stakeholders to ensure change impacts are considered in program planning.
Collaborate closely with functional PMOs to ensure cohesive execution and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
Track delivery performance and benefit metrics across the transformation portfolio.
Support the PMO Europe Senior Manager and Transformation Directors with portfolio-level insights and executive updates.
Governance & Reporting
Maintain governance calendars and support the preparation and execution of portfolio reviews and steering committees.
Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality reporting to senior stakeholders.

Languages: Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Education & Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Project Management, or a related field.
Project or portfolio management certification preferred (e.g. PMP, MoP, PRINCE2, Agile).
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, finance transformation, or strategic project roles.
Solid track record in portfolio management, including managing multiple, cross-functional initiatives concurrently.
Strong business acumen and understanding of business transformation contexts
Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and supporting executive-level reporting.
Project/portfolio management certifications (e.g., PMP, MoP, or Agile) are beneficial
Strong stakeholder and change management capabilities, including experience engaging complex or challenging stakeholders
Hands-on experience with digital project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com)
Collaborative, composed, and effective communicator with the ability to influence calmly and constructively
