Role Overview
The Operational Excellence Senior Analyst supports MVH Europe’s operational performance agenda by ensuring strong alignment between operational standards and business outcomes. Working closely with central, area, and clinic teams, this role helps embed lean ways of working, improve efficiency, and strengthen a culture of performance and quality across the organisation.
As a hands-on contributor and change agent, the role supports the deployment of the end-to-end process architecture and the operational excellence playbook. It also contributes to digital transformation and standardisation initiatives to ensure improvements are scalable, repeatable, and effectively adopted across regions.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & insight generation
· Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities across clinics and markets;
· Translate data into clear, actionable insights that support decision making
Operational Excellence Deployment & Standards
Support the deployment of the end-to-end process architecture and the operational excellence playbook.
Develop and maintain documentation for operational standards and training materials.
Standardisation, Automation & Performance Improvement
Drive process standardisation, automation, and performance improvement initiatives across clinics and regions.
Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
Monitor process adherence and operational performance through KPI tracking and root cause analysis.
Drive improvement actions based on insights, working cross-functionally to support adoption.
Change Support & Best Practice Scaling
Support change initiatives in clinics and ensure new ways of working are embedded effectively.
Support testing and scaling of best practices from high-performing clinics across the group.
Context and Scope
This role works cross-functionally with central, area, and clinic teams, embedding a structured approach to operational performance. Acting as a change agent, you use coaching and collaboration to drive adoption of operational standards and improvements. You also support digital transformation and standardisation initiatives to ensure scalability and repeatability across regions.

Education & Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Healthcare management, Veterinary medicine or nursing, dental industry or related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
Experience in multisite and healthcare industry will be preferred.
Knowledge / Experience
2–4 years of experience in operational improvement, continuous improvement, or lean transformation roles.
Demonstrated experience coaching others in operational excellence methodologies.
Knowledge of process mapping, standardisation, and KPI systems.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and influence without authority.
