Role Overview
The P2P – Analyst Imaging plays a critical operational role within the Procure to Pay (P2P) function, supporting efficient, timely, and compliant invoice processing across AniCura. This role focuses on the management, optimization, and training of imaging-related processes across Shared Service Center (SSC) markets and partners, contributing to continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global imaging processes (VMD, STP, Payments) as the primary contact for SSCs and DXC.
Coordinate and facilitate cross-country meetings to align stakeholders and resolve process questions.
Deliver ongoing training and technical support to DXC and SSC teams, including systems and process guidance.
Oversee pre-payment validations (e.g., high-value invoices, credit memos, direct debit suppliers, currency mismatches).
Track KPIs and SLAs using dashboards; lead biweekly performance reviews and volume prioritization.
Drive process standardization through SOPs, templates, and clean-up initiatives (e.g., aged items, inactive suppliers).
Manage and optimize tracking tools (e.g., Monday.com, Freshservice) for usability and effective exception handling.
Support STP enhancement initiatives, supplier harmonization, and prevention of duplicate invoices.
Handle escalations and resolve operational issues directly, involving ERP or APRO support only when necessary.
Ensure global compliance in supplier creation/update processes and support rollouts across countries.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience.
- Familiarity with AniCura structure and confidence in working cross-functionally.
- Experience leading training or knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; trusted partner to SSCs.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP and APRO Imaging.
- Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement.
