Role Overview:
The P2P PMO / Tech Specialist is responsible for managing the governance, delivery, and reporting of projects within AniCura’s Procure to Pay (P2P) function across Europe. This role ensures alignment between AniCura and its outsourcing partner, DXC, while driving effective communication, cultural integration, and timely project delivery.
Reporting to the Head of P2P Europe, the Specialist coordinates with finance, procurement, IT, and DXC teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and support long-term scalability and collaboration across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the P2P PMO framework, ensuring effective meeting cadence, documentation, and approval processes for all outsourced service activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison between AniCura and the outsourcing partner (DXC), ensuring a collaborative and transparent relationship.
- Oversee project timelines, ensuring all P2P initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Maintain and deliver accurate project reporting, including timelines, risks, key milestones, and resource needs.
- Support financial tracking and budget model updates related to P2P projects and outsourced activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing between AniCura countries and DXC.
- Partner with senior management to escalate issues, communicate progress, and ensure strategic alignment across project stakeholders.
- Contribute to the change management and cultural integration efforts required to embed a collaborative working environment across geographies.

- Languages: Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) is highly desirable.
Knowledge / Experience:
- 3–5 years in project management, preferably in finance, shared services, or outsourcing environments.
- Experience managing external service providers and ensuring delivery against SLAs and timelines.
- Solid understanding of the P2P process and related systems.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects with international teams.
- Experience in change management and fostering cross-cultural collaboration.
Key Technical Skills:
- PMO governance, project planning, and issue tracking
- Budget tracking and cost model analysis
- Reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
- Experience with ERP or workflow tools (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) – preferred
- Familiarity with outsourcing models and contract/vendor management – preferred
