P&O (HR) Operations Specialist
locations: preferred Warszawa, Katowice, Kraków, Łódź - 80% remotely
The HR Operations Specialist is responsible for providing the appropriate people support within Poland in the CEE Cluster through the implementation of HR processes, coordinating payroll and benefits, being a key user for Workday and driving projects to improve Associates’ experience.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Associate Support: Assist managers with performance and legal queries, handle employee-related matters
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including new hire induction schedules.
- Contract & Leave Management in Workday: Manage contracts, maternity leaves, and employee terminations while ensuring accurate updates in HR systems.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and track data related to hires, terminations, and leaves.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare HR reports and provide data insights to support decision-making.
- Vendor Management: Handle contracts with external HR vendors.
- Project Support: Assist with implementing various HR initiatives and projects.
What are we looking for?
- University degree (social science or a similar field is a plus)
- Relevant experience in HR administration or an HR generalist position
- Intermediate English skills (B2 level)
- Strong planning and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Data and analytical skills would be an advantage
